Brand New. Backseat baby camera & mounting harness, flip-up digital monitor, and power cord for vehicle. (Missing instructions) {Note: There was a wire on the flip-up monitor that was damaged in the package, shown in pictures. However, it has been taped and does still function. I no longer have a vehicle so was unable to get a picture/video of the devices working condition, but would absolutely be okay with you plugging it in prior to purchasing!}
