• Matching sofa and loveseat set, 100% genuine leather, purchased new in 2019 from Mor Furniture. • Both pieces are in very good condition and have been gently used in a rarely-used living room. • No scratches, no tears, no sagging – the leather upholstery and cushions are in fantastic shape with great structural integrity. • Only minor cosmetic wear: slight fading on the armrests where elbows rested, which could be restored with leather dye or polish. • Dimensions: Sofa – 90″ W x 38″ D x 38″ H; Loveseat – 67″ W x 38″ D x 38″ H. • Fits through a standard 31″ door frame with the feet removed. • Reason for selling: Moving, and this set doesn’t fit in the new space.
