I can't thank Danny enough for all the great advice and customer service he gives. I love that he is immediately upfront and honest about whether he thinks a car you're looking at is a good investment. I came in asking to look at reliable vehicles under $4000 for everyday work commutes and let him know I'm in a pretty tight financial spot. I mentioned a specific car I saw on their website, and he immediately let me know that one was not a good choice for me and why, as it would likely have costly issues that I wouldn't be able to afford to take on. Other dealers have made me feel like they're mostly trying to get a sale, then to heck with what happens to me after I leave the lot—that is NOT Danny. He talks to you like you're a friend or member of the family no matter how busy he is, and truly cares about your situation and whether the vehicle you choose fits you.

He showed me several cars that he believed would give me the best for my money. All cars were within a comfortable price range for me, and I felt zero pressure to buy that day or break my bank, but I ended up choosing and financing a 2011 Chevy Malibu. Danny  was incredibly busy that day with several customers in line waiting for him, but he took care of all of us asap and made the purchasing process and paperwork totally painless. Will update in a few months to let everyone know how my new ride holds up, but so far I'm nearly a week in and I love it! We need our cars to commute to work, take our kids to school, go grocery shopping, travel in and out the city, and see our families on the weekends. It is a convenience that we have and yet are easily reminded of, when our vehicles can no longer serve us. However, like most of us hardworking Americans, buying a new car is not an available choice. We cannot all afford monthly payments and high insurance rates. I know how it feels when it comes to buying a used car from past experience , and knowing you are purchasing it “as is”, no warranties. So please let me tell you about American Dream Motors on Broadway in Everett,Wa.

On a weekday afternoon, I walked to American Dream Motors. There were a variety of vehicles of different makes and models, most of them with price and year stickers. Danny, whom I had spoke to the night before, told me that him and his father ran the business on their own,and we also discussed a bit about a vehicle I was interested in. However, he insisted that I did not purchase it because it was only okay and not a good car. After spending 30 minutes looking, I saw a 2004 Mazda 6 with very low mileage. Danny explained to me that he was more comfortable selling me that vehicle than the first one I had mentioned, because it was not driven as roughly. Though I was able to pay the sale entirely, there are many testimonials from others that they were helped with financing. The bank however, only allowed a certain amount of my funds to process, but Danny trusted I would return to make full payment.

I drove my newly purchased car to work the next day and after exiting the highway, the check engine light appeared on the dashboard of my 2004 Mazda 6. I couldn’t believe it, panicked a bit, and called Danny. He told me to bring it in the shop they used,to have it looked at. I drove back to the dealership to pay off the rest of the sale I owed, and met Danny’s father, Tom. He told me to hold on to the rest of my payment until they had the car checked and repaired. I did not expect this from a car dealership and especially purchasing it “as is”.

It turned out that the check engine light(cylinder 5 misfire)was a past code that popped up,but was irrelevant. The car was running good, however Danny still had coils replaced just in case, and took care of the cost of diagnosing and repairing my vehicle.

I was treated more than a customer here, but as a friend. They will care about your situation and understand your need for a reliable vehicle. An extraordinary used car dealership, ran by a father and son, whom I discovered are also both pastors of God. If you are looking for a used car, this is a must-see dealership, and I guarantee you a pleasant experience. They can be busy, but I had no issues whatsoever with being helped, and even if I had to wait, it would be well worth it.
