Cesar is a very helpful salesmen Very trustworthy dealership. an amazing price for the SUV we bought. UPDATE to owners response:

We came to this dealership ready to buy, not “to see all the inventory.” We were specifically looking for a manual Jeep or Subaru, not browsing random cars. After deciding against the Jeep, we saw a blue Subaru that we were seriously interested in purchasing that same day if it ran well.

However, the salesperson refused to let us test drive it without first filling out a credit application, which made no sense since we were prepared to buy on the spot. Seeing the owner’s response saying we “were not here to purchase any car” only proves how unprofessional and defensive they are.

We even drove by recently and both cars were still sitting on the lot. This dealership clearly doesn’t value serious buyers or basic customer service.

I was interested in a vehicle listed by this dealership, but they didn’t provide a CARFAX report on their website or in their online listing. I had to manually track it down myself, only to find out the car had been in an accident something that should have been disclosed upfront.

When we arrived at the dealership, we saw another car we were interested in, but the salesperson refused to let us test drive it until we completed a credit application. I’ve never had to apply for credit just to take a test drive, and it made the whole experience feel pushy and uncomfortable.

Overall, this dealership lacked transparency and made the buying process feel more about collecting personal information than helping customers find the right vehicle. I would recommend double-checking everything and getting your own CARFAX before visiting.

When we pulled up to the lot we were immediately met and welcomed by Cesar who went above and beyond for us to solidify a great deal! We couldn’t be more pleased with our transaction both with him and the dealership. Would definitely recommend to anyone in the area in the market for a used vehicle!

Wonderful doing business! The car was in great shape. Probably the best version of this car I have seen since I started shopping for a Cadillac CTS. I took a look at about 5 or 6 of them. I would recommend this place if you want a painless & faster car buying experience !
