In nice condition, real leather, has some color wear on it and I had a kitten many years back put some claw picks on one side on the back. I bought some leather dye to fix the color and picked area, but don't have time to do it. Good for a dorm, game room, etc. Can deliver if the distance isn't too bad, we can discuss.
