36” BlueStar 6-Burner Gas Cooktop – Restored

I rebuilt this incredible BlueStar cooktop with every intention of installing it in my own kitchen - but once I had it ready, I realized it wouldn’t fit the space. Frustrating, because this thing is a beast in the best way. If you know BlueStar, you know it’s in a completely different league than typical consumer brands. It’s what serious home cooks and pros reach for. This isn’t a lightly used hand-me-down. I went through it completely and replaced almost everything except the gas lines, which were already in good shape.
