If you record audio, you may know about this great item that surrounds your mic to prevent stray noise from being picked up. You can affix it to the stand if you mic is high, or disconnect and place solo on a table as needed. The stand is adjustable. All in great condition, but the stand does not connect as tightly as I would think to the unit. It holds, but it seems like it could screw in more and be tighter. But at this price, it's as-is and a great value
