When attempting to start my 2025 Ford maverick with slightly over 2000 miles on it, the engine wouldn’t start it barely cranked over and there was a loud buzz coming from one of the relays under the hood. I eventually had to use a jumpstart which showed the battery had 12.8 V And when the truck started. It showed that the alternator was working with 13.3 V. The truck started after that and I took it to the dealership also telling him that the vehicle would not remotely start. They had the vehicle for nine hours and then called me and said the battery was no good Which was confusing. They told me it would take 45 minutes to change the battery which was easily accessible. When I picked up the vehicle, I made it approximately 25 yards before every warning light started flashing on the dash I never made it out of the parking lot drove back to the service bay and they took the vehicle back. The next morning. I drove back to the dealership to ask him what the status was. They hadn’t called me, but the vehicle had been fixed. Their explanation was that due to the bad battery there were codes that hadn’t been cleared. You figure it out.

Saw that I was need of repair quickly. Got truck on the lift, replaced front hub all done in less than a couple hours. Joe, Van, and the guys took care of me quick. An the price didn’t have my wife yelling!lol

I came in on Friday, September 5 for an 8:00am appointment.  Unfortunately, the compressor was out of service.  The service advisor told me of this problem.  I opted to stay for a while, hoping the the problem would be resolved.  After approximately 1/2 hour, the problem was resolved.  My vehicle was serviced.  When I was paying my bill, I noticed that the price was less than my last service visit for the same type of service.  The service advisor told me that he had discounted the service charge due to my inconvenience.  That was much appreciated and unexpected.  I keep coming back because of the thoughtful and courteous staff here.

I purchased a Altima Nissan from Keller's in 2020. About a month later I had drove out to Visalia and my car lost power while driving. I had to pull over and later came to find out it was the transmission. In 2023 we went to Keller's and they sold us a 2020 Pathfinder Platinum. Mileages were at 50 some thousand, which wasn't bad and it was very clean inside.
Now one year & 3 months later I noticed there was something wrong with my Pathfinder. I called Keller's and they set me up to bring it in. While taking my car over to Keller's I had to pull over (from 10th & Fargo) 7 times and turn the car off and wait 5 minutes each time before it would run again. I told the lady at the desk I beleive it's the transmission. Well 2 days later we get the call that the transmission is bad. I was so upset because it wasn't just once it was twice that I experienced this. They told my husband it would have to be towed to Slema Nissan so I told them to tow it then. They later called me back and informed us that they would not be covering the tow fee. I asked about a car they can lend, that was a flat no!
Moving foward, Selma was going to see if they had the tools to rebuild or if it needed a new transmission. I couldn't beleive it, four weeks later I get the call that they have to put in a new transmission that would cost us $8,000 to put in. I was furious, I told them absolutely NOT! Nissan told us when the car was serviced with kellers, everything was checked off the list except the transmission. That was very upsetting!! They had my car one week after  the kids went on summer vacation and i got it back one week before they went back from vaction. I had to borrow my mother's car the whole time for work and her needing her car as well. Basically sharing her car with her. My husband had his own car but works out of town. This was all just a huge inconvenience that could've been avoided. After purchasing two cars @ Kellers, both with transmission problems and worse of all they showed no care when they told me they will not have my car towed and thats something so simple they could've done to get the process rolling smoothly. As smooth as they did when they made a sale.

Dealership was amazing.Arwin our sales associate was awesome and got us in a brand new mustang with no issues . Felt comfortable through the entire process and not pressured like other dealerships have made me feel in the past. First time with Keller Ford and I will be back in the future for my next vehicle purchase
