great condition works amazing. like new. landlord doesnt want anymire and i am no longer storing this for him, he paid 400 new this still goes for 300-330 online. asking 200 i just let my parents use this for a day and it in fact still works amazingly. very clean, very nice and sturdy and has all the parts for window.
