Asked for the out the door price on a vehicle. Sales person ignored my request and state they don’t know unless we come in? What different would it make if I came in or not unless you’re attempting to garnish a sale in a dishonest manner. I’ve spoken with several companies and they give me flat out the door prices, but simply tallying the taxes, fees, and doc fees based on my location, which is in Indiana.

THE REFUSAL TO ASSIT ME AND TRY TO FORCE ME TO COME IN TO TEST DRIVE IS A PLOY TO UPSELL ME AND GET MORE MONEY IN YOUR POCKETS.

Be mindful of this dealer. If they don’t outright honor your request for information to make an informed decision, there’s no telling what else they’re going to not be upfront about.
