My girlfriend was in need of a car and this was her first time financing/applying for a car, so we thought we needed to get something as cheap as possible. We had already picked out a car and had a whole plan for once we got there, but things quickly changed when we arrived. Our car salesman, Dino, offered us an amazing opportunity to get a brand new Honda civic!!! We weren’t expecting that she would be able to get approved for something brand new. Dino was amazing! He helped us through the whole process and answered any and every question we had. We were very unsure at first but he was able to convince us and secure us with the final outcome. Everything was so fast, easy, and transparent! And they definitely were able to work with our budget. Carlos, in financing, was able to get us in and out within 30 minutes! Wow. Buying a car is easy with these guys.  No games, kept their word, fast and informative.   Tristan walked us through step by step. He helped us get the deal in our price range. While I previously LOVED Honda, I haven't been impressed over the last 1 1/2 years.  We were pushed (and yes we caved) into a minivan due to the limited vehicles.  This van was a lemon and had nothing but problems.  Honda does not care about the safety of its customers. The good news it was a lease so I thought things would be fixed. Multiple brake issues remained unfixed and unsafe to drive especially on mountain roads (where we live).  I called Right Honda, asked for management and was only given a finance guy.  The only thing they offered was to pay out the remaining 2 years on the lease or take another vehicle from them and extend the lease. We couldn't afford to pay off the lease so we did the only thing we could. We are now stuck.  The vehicles are definitely not made like they used to be. Honda used to be up there in the top vehicles to own.....not any more.  The put the desert package on the truck which included tint...this tint is a joke.  Wasted more gas and time driving 2 hours to get so called tint on the truck.  It doesn't do anything for the AZ sun/heat.  Right Honda kept pushing the problem off to Honda. I get that its a manufacturer defect, but Right is the one selling the product and they don't care either.  I just want to cancel the lease and no one wants to take ownership of a defect. Once this lease it up, definitely won't be back. Some of it was on me, but most is on Honda.

Wow, Wow, Wow.  I've bought a lot of new cars and this was BY FAR the best buying and servicing experience I've every had.  Bought my car mostly online from Mark who had the car running and ready to drive when I arrived for my appointment to pick it up.  Perfect experience all around.  They made it quick and easy.  I ordered some accessories to put on it as well.  I had to come back for some of them and there was a little snafu and Zach in service more than made up for it.  I can't say enough about Mark and Zach.  Thank you both for making my new Civic Touring buying and servicing experience AMAZING!! Where is the 5+ star button?!  I am Stunned.  Our recent purchase of a new Honda yesterday was the absolute best car buying experiences I ever had.  I usually help all my family members in car buying due to long and dueling experience to get a car, I was so surprised on how incredibly smooth the whole process went here.
