Works perfectly LG ThinQ app diagnostic run today, all components OK (see screenshot). Selling only because we're moving. - Cools up to 450 sq ft, standard 115V outlet - Dual Inverter compressor: very quiet (down to 44 dB), Energy Star, about 35% less power than a regular AC - Wi-Fi: control from the LG ThinQ app, works with Alexa / Google Home - Cool / Fan / Dry modes, 4 fan speeds, sleep mode, 24h timer, auto restart - Washable filter, just cleaned (see photo) - Unit size 19.5" W x 12.3" H x 24.5" D (see last photo); fits windows 22–36" wide, at least 13" tall - Remote control included Cash only, pickup at 45th Ave x 21st Street, Long Island City Note: pickup is on the 5th floor, NO elevator (walk-up). It weighs about 60 lb.
