Title: Extremely Disappointing Experience at the Dealership

I recently had an incredibly frustrating experience with the dealership after purchasing a used 2007 Mercedes E63 for $16,000. Almost immediately, numerous undisclosed issues surfaced, severely impacting the car's reliability and my satisfaction. The problems ranged from a malfunctioning suspension system, a non-functional radio, a worn brake sensor, a damaged back tire, to severe water damage affecting the vehicle's computers due to a poorly maintained antenna. This extensive list of problems was not disclosed at the time of purchase, leaving me feeling deceived.

To make matters worse, the dealership's response to my predicament was utterly disappointing. Despite reaching out multiple times to address the issues and seek support, their communication was lackluster. They were unresponsive, leaving me to handle these challenges on my own, without the guidance or customer service one would expect from a reputable dealer.

In total, I've had to spend over $3,000 on immediate repairs, including $1,400 for critical computer parts, $1,200 on new tires, and additional costs for alignments and other minor fixes. Furthermore, the dealership quoted me an additional $7,589 for further necessary repairs, including extensive suspension work, which has only added to my frustration.

This experience has not only been financially taxing but also incredibly stressful, as I rely on my vehicle for work. It is disheartening to see such a lack of professionalism and customer care from a dealership. I would caution anyone considering purchasing a vehicle from this dealership to think twice and consider other options where transparency and customer support are prioritized.

Car buying can be a very stressful event. I've spent the last several weeks researching vehicles. Talked to a few dealers visited a couple showrooms. Wild West Cars & Trucks was by far the best experience I had. They have a truly magnificent showroom. Large and spacious, but very homey. They even had very comfortable chairs arranged in front of a roaring fireplace in the corner. The staff was great. Personable and welcoming. I purchased a beautiful Buick Enclave that they advertise as the best price in the area. And it was. I got a very fair deal. The as-is vehicle was clean and spotless inside and out. Their inventory is large and diverse.
The bad, I'm still giving them 5 stars, but it was not disclosed that the passenger side headlamp cover was completely broken. The headlight is fully operational, but the lamp cover needs to be replaced. And truthfully, that's on me. I did not notice it before making the purchase. You can see from this picture it's actually kind of hard to see. Otherwise, this is the most solid used car dealership from top to bottom I've ever experienced. You can buy a car here and feel confident you're getting a good deal from good people.

I recently came in & picked up one of my favorite vehicles of all time that they had on the lot, Ryan & the owner were super friendly & I came in on the later side about 6pm & they close at 7:30, they stayed late until almost 9pm helping me get in my dream car! Inbetween conversations about the car I was interested in & the amazing collection of showroom cars & trucks they have inside was one of the funnest car buying experiences I’ve had. The whole team was super friendly and knowledgeable and you could tell they are genuine car lovers and care about what drives on and off their lot.

As far as the vehicle I purchased.
I love it, I can’t describe how happy it makes me driving the car I have always wanted.

I would absolutely never do business with Wild West Cars and Trucks after my purchase of a 1999 ford explorer. Initially, I only spoke with the owners young son, Brandon who seemed nice enough despite the obvious irresponsibility and incompetence (being late, delayed responses, minor attitude) but not bad enough to fully deter my business. I bought my truck which had a head gasket leak and both control arms out (potentially $1300 worth of work and of course they didn’t mention it). I wish I could stop there, but unfortunately they also withheld the title to the vehicle and delayed sending it Via mail. Even more important everytime I called Brandon about it, he showed his true full colors by having a complete blatant rude attitude and purposefully being unhelpful. The father/owner of the business made no effort to reconcile. Mind you, I went to Seattle to buy the car from 1000 miles away, and it was only after I bought a car, and Brandon knew I wasn’t anywhere near the area that he decided to blatantly act rude, and immature. Mind you I’m not a man who likes to leave negative reviews, but I feel as if I’d be remiss not to warn the public of this irresponsible business owner and his foolish son, Brandon.

I would really like to buy the 2015 red kia soul that you have listed; however, after speaking to you I was comfortable but after reading the reviews it makes me kind of leery of purchasing a vehicle from here.
