2005 Ford F-150

2005 F150 230000 miles It runs and drives but Then After it gets to normal operation temp it starts to sound like a diesel. I asked my Ford friend if he has any idea what it might be and he said it is the cam phaser making the noise. I'm no mechanic, so I don't know much about them. He said these motors are notorious for the issue. I don't drive it much. Just up and down my road to keep it moving from sitting. I have a different truck, so i dont pay insurance on this one anymore. You are more than welcome to come look at it and test drive it on my roads. I'm a little flexible on price as well $1500 obo Recently had all spark plugs and coils replaced. Plus the tires are good and almost worth my asking price alone. Thanks for looking
