Very comfortable and substantial. Leather shows age-related patina, discoloration and wear, including damage on one arm Chair: 40” deep, 36” high, approximately 24” seat depth Ottoman: 26” square × 19” high Local pickup only. Will take 2 people to move from a she shed in a upper yard, it’s about 25 steps down.
