These KEEN hiking boots are new. I require a lift on one shoe and I had the shoemaker put one on. Alas, I was a little hasty because these wonderful KEEN boots, which has been the brand I have worn for many years, just did not fit my foot well. So back to the shoemaker to have the lift removed and my loss is your gain.
