I had a really great experience at Morning Star! Chris was so helpful and let me test drive what ever vehicle I wanted and they were very patient, friendly, and I got the vehicle I really wanted! The vehicle I really wanted wasn't even on the Lot it was in there warehouse and he got it right over for me. They gave me the best deal and more money in trade value, and they were not even pushy but people who really care about customers! Aaron was also very friendly and took time to explain things to me as well! Chris and Aaron are the best and definitely will come back when looking for a new vehicle.

Ready to buy a vehicle they had. Called and was told it was in the shop and they would contact me when it was completed. Stopped by to find out what was happening — still in the shop. A week later follow up with an email. No response. Find out today they sold it. Serious lack of communication and follow up.

Realize they wouldn’t hold a car. But at least have to courtesy to let me know it was out is the shop. Perhaps they didn’t like the idea I was going to have my mechanic look at the vehicle.
