It has never been driven out of California, I’ve always camped locally. (San Diego has been the furthest It has been) It has Zero accidents and have kept all records of maintenance and repairs that have been performed since I’ve purchased it new. There’s absolutely no issues and is ready for use. Battery has been recently replaced, It has a new water pump, Wheel bearings have been recently greased, also All seals are in good condition ( windows, door , slide). Original tires still have a lot of meet on them and are NOT sun cracked but would recommend being replaced since the Date code is from 2017. License plate tags & registration is up to date.
