Servicing a 12” Hydraulic Boat Trailer Brakes and Hubs.

As you can see both Rotors and Hubs was no good. Even the he bearings was no good. I was only going to repack the bearings and replace the seals, but once I remove the wheels I know the rotors and calipers needed to be replaced. Then when I remove the hubs, then remove the seals and bearings, the bearings and races was damage. So i replace the 12” 6 lugs rotors with a 12” 6 lug rotor/hub Kodiak kit and also replace the hubs. All new seals and inner and outer bearings and pack the rotors, hubs, bearings and seals with water resistance marine grease. And reinstall everything. The Kodiak kit also came with new brake pads.
