Hello! This is a three-section leather couch, with motorized reclining on the end sections for both the head rest and the sitting position. The recline for both is adjustable, so you can customize your settings. The back rest for the middle section can fold down to form a table surface. The couch measures approximately 82" (L) x 39.5" (H) x 37"/64" (D), and is in excellent shape with no cosmetic or mechanical issues. Buyer will need to pay for professional movers to bring it down approximately eight half-flights of stairs (and this is factored into the price). Cash or Venmo only please. Located in SoMa.
