Camera, battery, remote, charger, power cable RF video transfer cable and case. Everything works as it should. I charged the battery for about 15 minutes and it appears to Hold a charge. (very rare to get a Camcorder battery in working condition) Batteries are not gaurenteed at all. You may or may not need to buy a new battery. You should always buy a new battery when buying a used Camcorder. Batteries are pretty cheap and available online. If you just want to upload movies to a computer this comes with the power cable that goes from battery charger to camera. I recommend you watch a YouTube video on how to Operate this. Due to unprecedented shipping cost increases since January 20, 2020 there is a $8 surcharge for zone 8 Western USA shipping
