This is a 2020 6x10 ez hauler with extra height option. 900lb empty weight, and 2900lb gross. So far the build and extras includes.. - stabilizer jacks in the rear w/level gauges - side windows - marine escape hatch/skylight on top - side vent and adjustable lower vent - fully insulated floor with subfloor and replaceable cedar plank floor. - shore power plug-in - fantastic fan - insulated walls and ceiling with some firring. - arb 8x8 awning with hard case and built in light. - custom bed frame with mattress. - L channel tie downs in floor. - propane /CO monitor - 3rd brake light added - spare tire and wheel covers This would be a great solo build or for a couple willing to finish it. I was planning on doing a off grid/gear hauler build for ski or mountain bike trips or just boondoocking wherever. We used the camper about a dozen times on trips as far as Montana. We were able to fit 3 bikes and an inflatable sup inside. Its light weight makes it great to tow with an suv or mid size truck and is super easy to maneuver on tight roads/camp sites. I was planning on adding more insulation between the fir strips but the single layer of insulation was enough to keep us warm in freezing temps at night with no heater. I have some electrical parts and a platinum cat heater i can through in for extra $$. Had plans to finish this but the family outgrew it and i dont have the time to complete it.
