I had a wonderful experience purchasing my new I4 from BMW Las Vegas. I had originally been looking to get a Tesla as I wanted to give an electric vehicle a try. The West Sahara Tesla sales team was horrible necessitating that I look elsewhere for a vehicle. Historically I've always had BMWs so I decided to look at the electric I4. From the time I walked into the dealership everyone was friendly and helpful. My sales rep Juliana was helpful, knowledgeable, and prompt in answering any questions or concerns I had. I received emails and follow up calls from both the sales manager and the general manager. They worked with another dealership to ship in the car I wanted and kept me informed during the week it took for the car to come in. In two visits I walked out with my beautiful new car. I would highly recommend this dealership for your next car.

If you’re looking to make the worst mistake of your entire life, you’ve come to the right place!

I made the mistake of trading in my car at BMW Sahara for a new BMW 330e lease, only to have issues with the air conditioner the entire time. After multiple trips to the service department, my air conditioner continued to go out despite being told it’s working fine. It was torture driving around Vegas 2 summers in a row in 120 degree heat with no air conditioning in my brand new BMW hybrid. (See pictures after car was serviced.)

I couldn’t stand another summer without air conditioning, so I decided to try to get a different car with BMW Sahara and end the lease early.
After picking out a different car, my bank wouldn’t finance me because the car they were trying to sell me appraised for $2000 less than what they were selling it for.
My salesman refused to lower the price of the vehicle to market value, so I couldn’t get the car.

Feeling hopeless, I ended up terminating the lease early with BMW finance, only to be told that I had to pay a $500 cancellation fee plus pay for all new tires. Keep in mind I only had the car for 2 years and somehow that warranted new tires.

After paying thousands of dollars in fees to surrender the car, I got a car at Carmax that appraised appropriately.

BMW Sahara is filled with crooks and people who don’t care about you. Even though I had to pay a lot of money that I shouldn’t have had to pay, I have peace that I now never have to deal with anyone here or their cars ever again.

Great service stop the other day. Had a tire pressure issue on my rear back tire and was close to BMW. They were able to find a screw and was able to fix within an hour or so with a new tire. Since I had tire and rims coverage the deductible was very little. Thanks service team on this service stop.
