Camera, Case, battery, one tape, video cable. Power cable and charger. This is everything you need to create and transfer videos. Battery seems to be holding a charge. I charged for a out 10 minutes and it powered the camera for a minute at least. Batteries are not tested. It may or may not hold a charge long enough. You should always buy new batteries when you buy a used Camcorder if you plan to create videos. If you only want to transfer videos, you do t use the battery, you plug the cord (supplied) from charger to Camcorder and transfer to Computer or watch on TV using RF cable (supplied) .
