2008 Mercedes E350 Wagon

oil driping on the exhaust and from oil cap. Havent looked into past that. 08 E350 wagon with the rear facing 3rd row. Runs and drives nice. Heat and ac work. Has 312k miles but had some recent work done. Water pump, radiator, hoses, expansion tank, new oil cooler, spark plugs, transmission filter/fluid, slotted rotors, newer tires, valve covers resealed, pcv valve and oil plugs, 02 sensor and brakes a couple years ago. It has the same M272 tick many others have. Has a custom hitch that was used for hauling a dirt bike but is wired for trailer lights. Has been on several 5 hour trips with no issues.
