It is actually in very good clean condition. Save big because these are pricey buying new (Toys R Us sells at $150). The only real blemish on it is that I repaired the top hinge part to the gate and you will see the picture of it. This an awesome play area for your little one when you have to do the dishes or something. The gate swings both ways and locks as well to keep your infant safe. There is a little ramp piece on both sides of the bottom gate piece to help avoid the little one tripping.
