SPRI Pull Up Bar

Excellent Pull Up Bar! This SRSI Pull Up Bar is solid, sturdy and very versatile. You can use it as a traditional pull up bar or you can put it on the floor for even more beneficial exercises for a more varied workout. It comes with a great poster showing a person doing each of the exercises with this unique pull up bar and how much you can achieve with just this one piece of equipment! It was very easy and pretty self explanatory to put together. There is a picture to follow that shows where the long bolts go and where the short bolts go. It comes with everything you need to assemble it including a wrench and a hex key wrench. The padding on this awesome bar is great for hand placement and I found I don't need gloves because of this. This strong pull up exercise bar fits perfectly over the door frame in the back and across the door frame in the front. This locks it into place securely. Still, it is very easy to take it off the door frame for floor use and to put it back on the door frame. \ I have always wanted a pull up bar and this one is so much more than that because of all the things you can do with it. It is also so out of the way as it rests over your head in the doorway so it doesn't take up any room in the house. I absolutely love it! My biceps are already pumped! Recommend Highly!
