Loosen thumb wheel in a counter clockwise motion. Depress thumb wheel so locking plate maintains 1/2" gap. Insert locking plate into the bed rail. Rotate tie-down cleat 90°and release thumb wheel. Slide cleat to closet detent in rail system. you will feel locking plate snap into detent. Tighten thumb wheel in a clockwhise motion until clutch mechanism ratchets. Check tie-down cleat to confirm that it is locked into detent and securely mounted to bed rail system. Fits 2005-2021 Toyota Tacoma. Made of sturdy black nylon plastic; each tie-down bed cleat measures approximately 6” x 1”, Each bed cleat holds a maximum of 110 pounds. Easy to install;Fully adjustable, each tie-down bed cleat slides along the Tacoma bed rail system using a spring-loaded, twist/locking clamp to hold it in place.
