THIS dealership went entirely over the top, especially Uncle Buck.
They heard about my recent disaster and poor treatment from another car lot. Assured me I was "safe", seriously. And I was. I literally can not begin to tell you how Uncle Buck made me comfortable. Extremely caring and respectful. Also, he listened. Actually retained facts as I rambled.
Uncle Buck is sharp. Did not miss a beat. Took in all the details of my purchasing situation and created a plan for me that included my purchase of my dream vehicle!

This has been the best, smoothest, not like torture car purchase at a dealership that I have ever had.
This actually seems surreal to me right now. I pick it up tomorrow.

ADDENDUM:
This is my report back, kinda.
I am conflicted. They were so kind to me that I feel guilty.
However
The shop they use is not credible.
I had items stolen from my car.
And the worst part for me is the following.
I am at the Oregon/Washington border. Heat is vital. I have 3 children to keep warm. The car did not have heat! I did not think to check BEFORE making my purchase. I mentioned it to the sales person and he told the manager. They were immediately receptive to help me. I even got a loaner car while mine was in this supposed shop. 2 weeks later, I got my car back, STILL WITH NO HEAT!..I STILL DONT HAVE HEAT. 18,000 for a car without heat, in a snow environment.
Update:
I was very upset. I also, was still very kind, and polite. They totally were respectful, kind, and considerate to me, the entire time.  There were unforseen circumstances. The managers, as well as my salesmen, Uncle Buck and Don (I will come back and edit his last name) truly went above and beyond to not only handle this situation, but cared, and made sure I was good. Also happy.
I have seen so many horrible reviews for this place, I have to give it to them. These guys are the best as far as I am concerned! I also jave to give credit to Hose. He handled the brunt of my phone calls. His phone energy is calming and conforting, lol. If he doesn't know the answer he will do his best to get the answer for you. Just a great group of people. A rare gem.
I have now purchased 2 vehicles here. Tjere were many hiccups, all handled with ease. Easiest car buying experience I have ever had, twice!

They Got Me. Don't Let’em Get You.

I should have checked the reviews first; they don’t lie. Even people tried to warn us with complaints on the BBB website. BBB Rating F
I purchased a Jaguar from Bridge City Auto Sales in Oregon State, the biggest mistake of my life. I notice from the beginning when the car was first delivered to me there was a some engine jerking whenever I turn the car off’ I tuck it in to a shop a couple months latter for a simple oil change and that’s when Disaster Struck they would not perform a oil change due to the motor shaking and a massive oil leak that you couldn't see due to it being hidden by the Under-shield witch also says to me that this was most definitely per-existing. I put my car in the shop, and the floodgates were kicked wide open. All these problems with this car came to light. The shop found multiple problems. This is all in the Auto mechanics Invoice, everything from A bad Supercharger, Bad Motor Mounts, Bad Vale Cover Oil Gasket leaks on both sides, Bad Bottom Oil Pan Leaking, Front Lower Control Arm has a crack with excessive play, Rear Sway-bar Link boot torn, Brakes/fluid leaking.
And if anybody from that car dealership or any other representative responds to this review’ Don’t be-leave one word’ it’s all BS.
Whatever you do, if you are not looking for an extreme hardship, stay far, far away from this place.
And now insulting my intelligence. They said that the Warranty company paid over $11,000 for the repairs of my car, when in fact they paid just under $4,000. I have the Invoice. With that said, why did I have to pay $1,100 for anything?

UNCLE BUCK and KARMA they’re rock stars they knocked the ball out the park! They were very prompt at getting back to me provided the car fax upon request and went the extra mile to ensure I was able to get into the car I wanted! 10/10 do recommend these fellas as well as Bridge City!!

He took the time to answer all my questions and never made me feel pressured. It’s rare to find someone so patient and genuinely focused on making sure you feel comfortable with your decision.
