Home Made Medium Hot Heat Hot Sauce

I’ve been making hot sauce for a while now, mostly just for family and friends. Sold a few here and there, just figured I’d toss this up here and see if anyone wanted to give it a shot. The base of the hot sauce is made with aged Fresno peppers, but as I mentioned, been making sauce for a while now. When I make a batch, I strain it prior to bottling for a smoother sauce. The pulp that is left is dried and incorporated into the following batch. Each batch is unique. I made some Carolina Reaper sauce just before this batch so a little of that is in here as well. There’s one other technique that adds a punch of flavor, kinda keeping that one close to the chest for now though but you’ll notice something different for sure. Sauce has been pasteurized prior to bottling as well. You’re welcome to try before you buy as well.
