The small dots are algae. It will clean up. Purchased 5 years ago. Restrung the entire boat, redid the transom, fiberglassed the entire deck with epoxy. Converted to center console. Painted inside with marine paint. Then family life took over… The motor ran perfectly when I purchased. It’s a project but if you can put the cap on, paint it, and run the wires/hydraulics you will have a good boat that hauls ass. I have all parts Boat, trailer, motor, cap, title in hand
