Yes that is Rhino Liner on the exterior of the truck, yes it feels like it looks. On the plus side it does not scratch or get beat up when going offroad. This truck has a clean title in my name from California, and will come with 2 keys, the owners manual, and a few spare parts I keep on hand. Odometer shows 118K miles but carfax shows that it was rolled back prior to my ownership. During my ownership it has been gone through mechanically and needs nothing. Cosmetically, it could use a few things like the trim on the drivers seat that always fails and the drivers seat leather needs to be redone. The shocks, brakes, axles, bushings, suspension arms (SVC uppers), and all fluids have been done in the last 10K miles with engine oil replaced every 5k. 20K OBO. CASH or we meet at my bank
