Excellent condition, minimal use. Max height is 35”. It collapses very easy, and can fit in trunk or back seat of a car or get tucked in a closet. Pull up on ribbon to collapse. There is a little bucket under the seat to store things. You can sit on it. Good for when you have to wait in line for something. My father is 230 and he could sit on it with no issues. He used this temporarily while he was visiting from out of town. He is 6’1 and it was slightly too short for him. If you are taller than 5’11, it won’t be a perfect fit, but for $30 much safer than a cane. The breaks work, the front wheels move 360 degrees perfectly.
