We bought a used Mazda from the Acura dealership. They sent the Mazda over to Finley Mazda for inspection. They allow us to get our own inspection.  They listened to our concerns and needs and met us where we needdd to be and as a result we now love the car obviously it's very early in the relationship, but we feel lucky to have found a great car at a great dealership that truly puts the customer first from the top down even those finance guys who usually sour the experience but not this time. Thanks again we will be back.

I want to start by clarifying this the purchase experience itself was great. Charlie in sales and the finance department did an outstanding job, and they deserve credit for that. However, everything that happened after the sale, specifically regarding service and warranty work, has been a nightmare.

My first warranty service was for a coolant overflow tank issue. Instead of fixing it properly, the service team patched it together temporarily, essentially a “band-aid fix” while likely billing the warranty as if the job was done correctly. The issue returned three more times, and each time they repeated the same lazy fix. It wasn’t until I spoke directly with the Service Manager that the problem was finally resolved.

Over the course of the year, my car spent about a third of its time in their shop. During that time, my aftermarket rearview mirror was broken (and they blamed me for it), my bumper was reinstalled incorrectly leaving a visible gap, and multiple check-engine light issues were overlooked.
Eventually, Acura realized their mechanics were out of their depth and sent my vehicle to the Porsche dealership, where Porsche immediately found several mistakes and missed problems from Acura’s earlier service attempts.

To top it off, my undercarriage cover was found ripped and damaged after being in their care, yet they still claimed it was my fault,  despite clear evidence that it wasn’t caused by any impact or road damage. They also failed to replace the bolts that secure it.

I’ve invested over $10,000 into this vehicle through upgrades and protective work, but Acura refuses to take responsibility for a $200 part they damaged. The level of carelessness and lack of accountability here is shocking.

Extremely disappointed with how this was handled. What should have been routine warranty work turned into months of headaches, poor workmanship, and finger-pointing.

Exactly my point.. I shared this review with the sales person Charlie hoping he would address this issue with their upper management, but rather he wants me to remove it and not correct or address my concern. This is exactly what I’m talking about, no one wants to take accountability for a simple issue that would have been easily fixed and everyone just want me to sweep it under the rug! NOT okay that!
