I have those two OEM parts from my 2021 Honda Pilot Special Edition. All-most brand new. You can install this if your Pilot has a kick-open tailgate function, which is very nice when your hands are full. Or you can replace damaged parts on your Honda. The whole job is about 30 mins to one hour. I upgrade mine with a trailer hitch so these parts are no-longer needed. Ask for $200 for two piece together. Tailgate sensor $75, rear bumper lower cover is $125. Below are the OEM links for reference.
