Very friendly and customer focused vehicle service. I took my frontier in for its first complementary oil, change, and tire rotation. Giovanni Valerio was my service advisor. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. A1 experience ! I purchased my truck last September 2024 ..Ian was my sales representative! I came to this dealear ship last year and was turned away after hours of negotinating .the reason I went here in first place was because of credit program and it seems that program don't help those who need help . then what is that program good for I am not a person who chosses to mess up their credit on purpose . unfortunlly life kicks you around and stuff happens and I believed that is what that program was people who need help .so fast forward a year criedit isn't better but I have more money down and still got a no after couple hours . and just like other people on the reviews I was lead under false circumstancses and was told it will be different this time by who I believed to be a manger and was selling me but it was not . it was a secretary and I was lied to by her and the staff and she wasn't even their on top of it and still talking to me as if she would be right with me .also add on top of it they add features you don't need so I went from 22000 to 29000 with out the taxses and licences even in their yet .so this was one of the worst expernxicses I have had and I gave them a second chance and it was even worse then the first last I checked this is not how you sell cars so this part is adressesd to the owner I did what you asked I tried calling today and asked for the manager  in charge and I kept getting put on hold and sent to a mail box that wasn't set up mind you I called three times . so if you want to give mW your number and we Handel this like adults and not children everything that happend was false advertising and against the last time I checked and I have the text to prove it .

I have been servicing my Titan, Juke there for many years, everyone friendly, the service and or repairs if needed are always completed in a timely manner.

I went to Corona Nissan because I had the best service advisor Kevin but he no longer works there I took my car yesterday I wasn't too happy with the service because I wanted details about what my car might have needed when I took it with Kevin he told me a lot more different than what they told me yesterday it's like they didn't really bother I know I had issues with the motor mount previous I asked them to look over everything and they said everything was fine that I needed to put fluids they never mentioned the motor mount and it's in the notes for my previous appointment it just didn't seem like they really even took a look at it so I guess I got to find somewhere else to go

My experience was horrible. I went in to fix a warranty issue and the first red flag was that they had to keep my car and didn’t give me a loaner. I have a 12 passenger van so it’s quite obvious I have a lot of kids who need to be places, still just a Lyft home. Then when I finally got my car, four hours after the quoted time, I find a scratch on it. I’ve talked to Robert and Steve, the manager in the service Department who avoided my calls for 3 days, then when I finally got a hold of him he tried to tell me that the most he can do is a little patch job on the scratch. This place a joke!
