This trailer is valued at $25,000 (if it was in its original condition) according to the DMV. Will consider best offer. Need gone ASAP! It's with my MIL and I already moved out of state. I have made some upgrades to the trailer but it could still use some work or left as is. I have a video of what it looked like after I set it up the way I wanted it if interested since I don't have the best pictures of it ATM. You can view it on TikTok @PerpetualPositiveVibes to give you an idea of what you could do with it as it will be bare (as far as furniture) when I sell it. I really don't want to part with it but unfortunately I have to move across the country and it's easier to sell than tow all the way there. I bought it for my business as a mobile office and "workshop". It has plenty of potential for the right person. It has a pull out bunk/storage up top towards the back of the trailer. All windows are intact and functional. It has the ability for water and electric hookups. There is a countertop with a sink and plenty of storage.
