This trailer is valued at $25,000 (if it was in its original condition) according to the DMV. Will consider best offer. Need gone before the end of June so please don't be afraid to make an offer! I have made some upgrades to the trailer but it could still use some work or left as is. I have a video of what it looked like after I set it up the way I wanted it if interested since I don't have the best pictures of it ATM. You can view it on TikTok @PerpetualPositiveVibes to give you an idea of what you could do with it as it will be bare (as far as furniture) when I sell it. I really don't want to part with it but unfortunately I have to move across the country and it's easier to sell than tow all the way there. I bought it for my business as a mobile office and "workshop". It has plenty of potential for the right person. It has a pull out bunk/storage up top towards the back of the trailer. All windows are intact and functional. It has the ability for water and electric hookups. There is a countertop with a sink and plenty of storage.
