The variety of parallel and angled grips makes this a great bar for benching, overhead pressing, triceps extensions, rowing, hammer curls, and more. I am including a brand new set of LockJaw quick locking collars. Last pic shows retail at $297 and currently on sell for $267 plus tax and shipping without the new LockJaw quick locking collars. Please check out all my other gym equipment including Olympic and standard weights, barbells, benches, racks, towers, leg press machines, mats, resistance bands, kettlebells, and dumbbells of all types and sizes.
