Burners: Four 14,500 BTU cast iron burners with standing pilots and cast iron radiants. Total BTU: 58,000. Grates: 5-1/4" wide sloped cast iron grates, reversible for "level" broiling or self-cleaning. The grates also have a cast-in pitched grease trough to control flare-ups. Controls: Individual manual gas valve controls for each burner. Construction: Stainless steel front, sides, top trim, backsplash, and grease trough. Other features: Underburner deflector system for a "cool zone" in the grease drawer, full-width front grease drawers, 4" adjustable legs.
