My big mistake was buying a car from this dealer. They only want your money. Once you buy your car, they will never answer your calls. The cars come with the dashboard lights adjusted. In a few days , your car will give you problems. I bought a two-year warranty on my car. They never wanted to fix it. I had to do it myself with my own money at another shop. Please don't buy a car from here. The worst experience of my life buying a car is from this dealer.

Natasha was a wonderful sales rep. Nice and friendly and funny too.   Helped show me the sunroof on the vehicle and kept me hydrated with cold water on one of the hottest days of the year to date.  They honored lower price when two websites showed different prices.   This was my third dealership I have been to this week, on my quest for another vehicle. I was glad I came here.

The biggest regret of my life. They are a huge scam, I will never advise anyone, not even my enemy to purchase a car here. I was sold a damaged accident car with the collision bar bent into the radiator and was covered with bumper. Check engine light came on 3 weeks later due to bad shutter. Called them, went in there and was fed a whole bunch of lies and empty repair requests. Even the service manager ‘Shah’ lied on me stating I did that to the car and was insulting and very rude. They are unprofessional and bunch of scams. They even informed me to take the car myself to their repair shop and hour away several times after a whole lot of back and forth, but no part was ordered and am still stuck. Please if you know what is best for you, do not purchase any vehicle from CarzLane.

I bought this car from carzlane. I got an amazing deal. The team was very helpful. All the sales staff was very respectful. They really took care of me and cut me a good deal. They have a lot of other vehicles sitting on the other lot in Manchester I visited that place as well They have decent inventory. I’ve been wanting this car for a very long time. I did my research but I was not able to find this car! After speaking with one of sales staff at Carzlane who helped me get into this vehicle by researching across United States hunting the car down and getting it for me I’m very thankful and I appreciate Carzlane team.

If I could put a 0 I would, I bought a 2017 Ford Explorer Utility, was lied too multiple times for example I asked if the vehicle was already inspected when I test drove it on Friday after I came back on Monday to pick the vehicle up he said they had to inspect it so they took the tint out. Also apart of the deal was to pop a mirror trim piece back on not a big deal is what they said and they said. After I showed up to sign paperwork I get in the vehicle the piece was sitting in the trunk hidden where the spare tire would be which it didn’t have and as soon as I pulled out the whole glove box fell out. Buyer beware. Only reason I bought the vehicle was because I sold my car and need this specific model for work.The only great thing at this dealership was Kinea she was extremely helpful and communicated great with my wife to make this deal happen.
