Went to Carstop Texas on June 9 it was one great experience up until June10 we drove to New Orleans and the engine ran hot and had given up on us I had to put the car into the shop just for them to tell me that the car was rigged and that the head gasket was devoured..I contacted Hamid he refunded me partial of my money saying I messed the car up how is that and I had it for 1 day..then he proceeded to ask me could I help him with the tow after selling me a faulty car please yall they ask people to do these reviews to trick you all this company is fraudulent and sell faulty cars to people no I’m not mad these are facts I have paper work and everything this company also asked me to put a company on my insurance that didn’t even have the knowledge that I even financed a car from car stop that should say a lot I’m telling you don’t go here..I can’t tell anyone what to do but it’s highly recommended thank God for Ariahana Whaley at Mei Finance wonderful reliable cars..Oh yeah newer model cars and has 24 month warranty

I'm 55 years old and have never posted a review anywhere on the internet before but I must say KUDOS to Damian and the staff over at Car Stop. They made me feel welcome from the time I drove up, parked, and got out of my car. Actually, even before I arrived, Damian (the salesman who worked with me) called and left me a voicemail message (from an initial inquiry I made) which was so respectful and friendly that I simply had to call him back to see what they had to offer. I am absolutely glad that I did.

Today I purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee and the entire experience was such a pleasant and nice surprise.
