WORKING ALREADY REMOVED FROM HOUSE Goodman Hvac SPLIT system 2.5 Ton Unit, covers up to 1,200 sq ft. 14 seer Condenser (and pad), evaporator coil/indoor air handling unit, plus ducting ~50’ The heating element on this unit requires a gas connection. Condenser was located on the north side of the home (so never exposed to direct sunlight) and the indoor unit was in a basement. Was just inspected by an HVAC company and found to be working optimally. This system works perfectly and is in excellent shape. We are changing to mini splits and no longer need it. Free
