Asking $700 OBO. * easily seats 10 without the leaf and seats 12-14 with leaf. * sturdy, solid wood * a few sections of the table top show signs of wear (Please review scratches to finish in the photos.) - you can probably improve this by re-staining the surface * Chairs are NOT included in listing. Dimensions: Overall Unextended: 98"w x 42"d x 30"h Overall Extended: 120"w x 42"d × 30"h Removable Leaf: 22"w x 42"d x 3"h Seating Capacity: 10-14 Weight: 286 Ibs * Shows some signs of wear and tear (See pictures). No delivery.  This is solid wood, a very heavy piece, make sure you have enough people to help you carry it and a big enough vehicle to transport it.
