In great condition, spins smoothly. Can be adjusted from 7ft-10ft. Comes with a carrying case, resistance loop bands, leg stretcher strap, microfiber towel, a Led light that attaches to the top of the pole, & also with two different hand grips. This pole you can lock & unlock to have it spinning. I added gripping tape but can take it off if you like. Asking $80, paid over $120 & it’s like new!
