Antique/Vintage 5 Drawer Dresser 43” Wide x 34.5” High x 23” Deep Beautiful 1920’s era Antique American Empire Pillar and Scroll Chest Dresser with 5 drawers that would be an excellent addition to any room. Top 2 Drawers 2” Deep Inside Middle Drawer 5 1/4” Deep Inside Bottom 2 Drawers 6 1/4”Deep The dresser was stripped and sanded to the original wood finish revealingamazing figured wood grain and color. The wood veneer was bookend to create the mirror image of the grain that flows from the top to bottom of the drawer fronts. The top wood veneer was also bookend multiple to create an amazing visual appearence. The refurbishing started with stripping down the entire dresser to bare wood. The use of Ebony Stain on the frameemphasizes and highlights the unique curved design creating a dramatic effect. The dresser was then polyurethane coated to enhance and protect. The dresser is a very solid construction, all drawers open properly.There are blemishes and nicks consistent with the age of this dresser. I have includeda photo of those imperfections.
