Just purchased a new Chevy Silverado 2500 truck from the Team at Jim's Auto Sales and I couldn't be happier. Not only is the truck totally awsome, but Sam, our salesman was an absolute Star.  He was so helpful, knowledgeable,  and professional. Also Richard in finance made the loan paperwork a breeze. Such quality service from a car dealership -- I'm impressed. I'd even go so far to say it just might be the best car dealership experience I've ever had.  If you're in the market for a quality vehicle with excellent Professional Service to back it up -- I highly recommend you go to Jim's!

Bought a 2004 Sierra in Feb 2025. I asked them to put gas in it since it was at quarter tank and they only filled it to half. 9.8 miles from the shop, the left tie rod fell out, ON the 91 at 65mph! Called the shop, and the mechanic was able to fix it the same day after I had to pay to get it towed back. Later, that same day, I took it to a buddy's shop in Bakersfield to have it looked over since I was already having issues, and the engine lost all power, again, ON the 5! Turns out the battery terminals were corroded! It also needed a brake bleed, new wiper blades, oil, headlights, and a new windshield washer pump! So much for all the inspections they said they did and had documentation for! Freaking place isn't worth the hassle and problems. I will never buy or recommend them to ANYONE. Too bad they all make a living on being shady and giving the industry a bad rap! DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!

I purchased a Hybrid car from them, but they did not submit the EV paperwork for my tax rebate ($4K). I also made the mistake of purchasing an extended warranty from them, and when I went to use it, it had a 50-mile radius clause. So, to avoid dealing with them, I took it to a shop 51 miles away from them. Please don’t make my mistake!!

We had a great experience with the salesman Nami. He was very professional, patient and polite.
The car we bought was in incredible shape with low mileage and well priced.
I definitely recommend this dealership!

In most cases financing a vehicle can be very stressful and exhausting challenge. In my case, Nami, was an excellent salesman. He made financing my vehicle a great experience. And surprising easy and quick. Definitely Looking to do more business with in the future with Jim’s auto sale. 👍
