Get your hands on the rare Cackles the Clown animatronic from Party City – a very popular piece that’s sure to steal the show. 👻 Details: • 12 foot animatronic clown with glowing LED eyes, LED jaw, with a sinister laugh along with creepy carnival music. His head also moves back and forth. • Activated by motion or sound • In excellent condition – only used once (displayed for a total of only three hours - set up on Halloween night and taken down on Halloween night).
