I loved the way I was help. I really appreciate how Vinny showed a lot of interest in helping my family and me get the best of care. By having an appointment the service was very detailed and didn't even take long. I check my vehicles every time I do service at any service station and when I checked my vehicle I noticed everything was done to the point. All my fluids on my f150 where topped off. My engine oil is brand new and it's full as well as my windshield wiper fluid. Really great job and thank you so much Vinny as well as the rest of the staff, will ne recommend you guys to all my families and friends.

The only shining star here is Carlos in sales.  He was very helpful in hearing me out on my situation.  Carlos took a great amount of time before I even got to dealership pinpointing a truck that would best suite my needs and end up with the best deal.  With my situation there was a lot of negative equity to roll into a new truck so it was not an easy task.  He pushed forward and presented my truck to his managers to get this process moving and work a deal.  Unfortunately for him his managers came back at 37k for my trade which was a 2024 Ram 2500 4x4 with a  Cummins night edition with 11k on it.  Super clean truck.  That 37k kick in the teeth was 10k less than NADA OR KBB TRADE IN VALUE.  They would not budge on that number.  So I left and thanked Carlos for his dedication to making the deal.  Once in my truck I called Brandon Ford and over the phone with pic of mileage and vin and some minimal pics of my truck they immediately offered me 50k.  I told them what autonation offered and they started laughing.  I HAVE NEVER FELT SO DISRESPECTED BY A SALES MANAGER UNTIL I WENT TO AUTONATION FORD.  DISGUSTING.  Just to solidify my thoughts on trade in value giving AutoNation benefit of the doubt I took my truck to Carmax and was offered $49,000.  Yesterday on 7/3 I went to Brandon Ford he is amazing and they got the deal done.  We took delivery on a new Lightning paying less per month then my recent Ram.  DO NOT GO TO AUTONATION FORD OR ANY AUTONATION FOR THAT MATTER.  They should focus on maximizing profit on bulk sales by moving a lot of product not by individual sales. Brandon Ford is by far the largest volume Ford dealer.  It was crawling with customers and sales agents assisting them.  My friends I saw 10 yes 10 sales done in the time I was there.  Carlos at AutoNation you deserve better my friend.  My truck I took delivery of last night at Brandon Ford below.

This was the very best car buying experience I've ever had. Every member of the staff I interacted with was very nice, friendly and professional. And their facility and restroom was very clean. Would definitely recommend buying a vehicle from AutoNation Ford St. Pete.
