Just purchased a car from Brenda and Hasanova. I honestly wasn't expecting to buy yet, but she worked with us on pricing and handled the registration. The deal and the car were too hard to pass up! They are really friendly as well. Very happy with the experience!

UPDATE: These people are great. They stand behind their card and service. A mechanical issue came up with the car we bought, and they honored our agreements and more. They know their cars, and most importantly, they use "the good stuff"  when it comes to fluids, oil, etc. Many shops skimp on that stuff, but they don't. I'm very happy we found them.

I absolutely loved my experience with Hasanova Auto. I went in looking for an upgrade from my 1 series BMW and I ended up getting a BMW 535i that is absolutely amazing. Luxury line and such a smooth drive. I always receive stellar service. I recommend this company to everyone looking for a new car!

To think that I would be changing my 5 star review to a 1. My vehicle that I had purchased from his dealership, had gotten totaled by a drunk driver within three weeks of me owning it. I had messaged Brenda(sales rep) to help me find another one through them. She had found one around 2 weeks ago. And told me it would be ready in a week. I waited the entire week. Just to be told it’s barley been worked on and need another week! I expressed my urgency and need for the vehicle as soon as possible prior to even being told it would be done Friday. It is now Saturday past the Friday I was supposed to get it. As a customer I was frustrated and insisted on me taking the vehicle today(7/1/23) weather it was finished or not. And I could bring it back for the little repairs. Keep in mind I was going to pick up the vehicle before the oil pan was done and bring it back in the near future to get it done Originally. So coming back shouldn’t have been a problem. But I was told I can pick up the vehicle without the windshield done and without the DOORHANDLES being done. In fact they told me I can take it but “I HAVE TO DO IT All”. So now the dealership is changing what was originally said. I was then yelled at and disrespected by the mechanic(Brenda’s husband) for needing the vehicle “so soon”. Out of 90% of the things that were supposed to be done within the first week, hasn’t  even been touched yet. I tried to reason with her multiple times but nothing. There was no sense of urgency and nothing but disrespect this time around. I would not recommend coming here due to customer experience.

After having my car sit in a lot for 6 months, Mr. Rafi replaced the transmission in 4 days, he had my car running BRAND NEW. I am completely satisfied with my service. This repair  shop is 100% reliable. I highly recommend.
