READ BEFORE SHOPPING!!!

It seems they purchase auction vehicles & damaged vehicles that haven’t been fully reported and bandaid them up to get them out the door. Confirmed by looking at majority of their BBB complaints and Yelp Reviews.

Removed my original post to wait for issues to be fixed but unfortunately I was still disappointed. The main person I had communication with has since been fired.

This is in no way a complaint about Stan (Sales) or Aaron (Service) as it seems they were never communicated the situation properly.

However, none of my issues were fixed as promised and I no longer have trust in this dealership.

This will now cost me over $1,500 in ordering OEM parts and getting things repainted to make my 8,000 mile truck look like it was supposed to out of the factory.

I purchased a new car today and had a great experience! I found the car I was interested in online and drove over an hour to see it. Stan, the salesman, greeted me at the door. I was already very interested in the vehicle, but I really appreciated that Stan wasn’t overly aggressive—just helpful, friendly, and professional. Lucus was also fantastic. Even the Finance Manager, Luna was incredibly nice and made the process smooth. From start to finish, everything was painless. I would highly recommend them!

I was in a rush to find a vehicle, so I searched online and found a link, then set-up an appointment. Stan responded right away, and was super cool and helpful.

When I arrived at the dealership... he and his Team greeted me, and were very patient, accommodating and understanding!! I highly recommend this dealer, especially Stan, as an honest, friendly salesman. Thank you Autos of Chicago for a great experience all-around!

I’m changing my review to 1 as after a month I noticed air leak from both passenger tiers ,
When I had it checked they found out that both the tires are damaged from internal rim , and they sold me like that .
And then they also gave me the wrong passenger  tire , the rim size was different
I called multiple times but I’m not getting any response from them

Today is my second time calling road assistance to replace the spare tire.

They have acknowledge my issue and asked me to come here , so that they can fix it ..
I appreciate that they are giving efforts to fix my car .
